Ashley Krupinski
The VP of DEI is responsible for driving the success and execution of DEI initiatives, including activities, meetings, and training within SCNO. They lead the DEI committee and manage the logistics for events planned by the committee. Additionally, they oversee DEI training during recruitment. As the primary representative for DEI at SCNO, the VP serves as the main contact for members and clients with any DEI-related concerns, complaints, or feedback.

The Internal Operations Chair is responsible for tracking metrics to ensure SCNO meets its diversity goals, and for developing informative in-meeting lessons on key DEI topics.
